Vardar's subsidiary Vardar Eurus AS is acquiring an additional 17% of the shares in the Estonian company Nelja Energia AS, and will after the transaction have a total ownership interest slightly above 77%.

Østfold Energi, Vardar and Energiselskapet Buskerud (EB) acquired DONG Energy's shares in the wind power development company Zephyr today. After the transaction, Østfold Energi owns 50% of Zephyr, while Vardar and EB each own 25%.
